FFY 2007-2010 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP)

PROPOSED AMENDMENT #4 – FOR FFY 2009 ADDITIONAL TRANSIT FUNDING

The Northwest Arkansas Regional Transportation Study is inviting the public to comment on
Proposed Amendment #4 from March 1, 2009 to March 14, 2009.

This notice is in accordance with the 2030 Northwest Arkansas Regional Transportation Plan; the NARTS Public Participation Plan; the Federal Transportation Act, and SAFETEA-LU; in cooperation with local agencies, AHTD, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Federal Transit Administration.
